The meeting will begin at 1pm. Points on the Agenda will be; transfer of monies to our current account (we are yet to obtain control over \u00a32,016 in the NS&amp;I account and the Treasurer will update us on this matter), adoption of our new constitution, devolved management of Sapling Road Allotment Site, purchase of compost for the trading hut, purchase of CCTV equipment for the security of Society interests on the site, approval of the Site Inspection Report for January, and, any other business the members present wish to discuss.
