The Improvement Notices required improvement to be discernable within a fourteen day period, and it appears that a few tenants have quit their plots in response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We were aware that plots 15B, 18B and 21 were vacant and that plot 3 and 4 could possibly be amalgamated to form a full plot ready to be let out. However, a Freedom of Information response received from Bolton Council on the 7th August 2023 showed that, in fact, plots 3, 4, 8, 15b, 17, 18b, 21, 26, and 45 were vacant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Notices of Improvement were received by tenants around the 27th July, presumably following a site inspection, and a further inspection was due around the 10th August. Failure to improve the state of the plot would cause the issuance of a Notice of Re-Entry.
