Due to a disasterous AGM organised by the previous administration on March 17th 2024, we organised a meeting on 7th April 2024 to rectify the shortcomings of that AGM. We ensured that the meeting was conducted according to the rules of the Constitution of Sapling Road Allotment Society and the meeting was recorded and minuted.

We elected Allan Kelly (plot 23) as Chairman, Ian Bullough (plot 44) as Secretary, and Stacey Patel (plot 21) as Treasurer. We also voted to erect our polytunnel on an appropriate space, get a delivery of horse manure to the bin at the side of the trading hut and Alan Saunders (plot 2) volunteered to organise our annual vegetable show.
