At the close of the AGM on 17th March 2024, Sapling Road Allotment Society was left without a duly elected Secretary or Chairman rendering the Society unlawful according to the Constitution. At a meeting on 7th April 2024, members present rectified this situation by electing a new Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. A handover of bank account details, accounts for 2023 to 2024, and keys to the trading hut has not yet taken place. A meeting of the Society on 5th May 2024 agreed to allow another 30 days to elapse in which time it is expected that the required handover shall take place.
