Hello yesterday we went onto our plot like we are always going only to see the horse manure bay filled with wood bark !and it’s not of a good quality,
But it hy hasn’t this been either tipped at the top on the ground near to the gate or dropped at the bottom on the Society plot rather then fill the bay at the side of the Community building, so we can’t get horse manure dropped in the bay we cleared last year ?
The bay is for Horse manure, I’m not bark !
